The only vets I trust but the customer care needs A LOT of improvement. This place would greatly benefit from proper staff training.
Have been going to QVC for over 20 yrs. I cannot say enough about the care they provide. Dr. Joe Consigli is the absolute best, very thorough and caring. From the Vet techs to the office staff all are top notch!
Dr. Hirst is incredible. He performed bladder surgery on my Dalmatian and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring I felt well-informed. I've since started taking my other dog, who has some fear aggression, to him as well. Dr. Hirst is so patient and understanding. I highly recommend him!
Compassionate, understanding and accommodating. Recently switched to Qtown vet after going to another vet for the entire 12 years of our pups life. We are very happy with our switch and so grateful for Dr. Irwin who has treated our pup as her own and listened to all of our concerns!
